Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student in a Bachelor's program (sophomore year or above).
• Pursuing a field related to Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, HR, Marketing, Finance or IT.
• Enrollment at an accredited school is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12‑week program tailored to your field of study.
• Gain hands‑on exposure across construction management, HR, marketing, finance, or IT tracks.
• Assist with project coordination, recruiting, branding, budgeting, or IT support as applicable to your track.
• Learn from department leaders and engage in real project activities on-site.
