Job summary

rand* construction corporation invites Summer 2027 interns who are sophomores or higher and enrolled in a related degree program. You’ll join a 12-week program with tracks in Construction Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and IT, gaining hands-on exposure to field operations and business operations.

The program is designed to bridge classroom theory with real-world practices across our nationwide office footprint, including Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment for a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Management, Human Resources, IT, Finance or Marketing (Sophomore year or above).
• Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project delivery methods; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Goals to establish a career in Construction Management.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to learn new technology used in project management.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• participate in a 12-week internship tailored to your field of study under experienced leaders.
• Track-focused experiences across Construction Management, HR, Marketing, Finance, or IT.
• Hands-on exposure to field operations, project management, and corporate operations.
• Support to bridge academic theory with real-world construction practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Marketing)
