PACCAR’s Kenworth Truck Company invites enrolled students to join the Global Sales internship. You will help develop tracking dashboards, support export customers, and drive dealer efficiencies while collaborating with Senior Managers and leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business, Marketing, Operations, Data Sciences, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to present data clearly.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions to drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement projects including new tracking dashboards and process improvements for export customers and dealer networks.
• Manage projects through meetings, progress tracking, and driving actions across teams.
• Support export customers through order processing, spec reviews, and pilot builds.
• Build cross-functional relationships within the sales organization.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requisition Summary

The Global Sales department supports the quote, order, build, aftersales, logistics, and technical processes for Kenworth’s export customers. This dynamic team works consistently with all areas of the business to provide customer service, technical expertise, and improved product offerings.

Internships include unique learning opportunities such as:

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project(s) including, but not limited to; new tracking dashboards, after sales process enhancements, and new procedures to improve group and dealer efficiencies to enhance customer service success for our export customers and dealer franchises.
• Manage project(s) through conducting meetings, tracking progress, and driving action through lateral management.
• Support export customers through spec reviews, order processing, and pilot builds.
• Identify and develop cross-functional relationships across the sales organization.
• Ad‑hoc tasks assigned as needed.

Education

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with a focus in Business, Marketing, Operations, Data Sciences, or other related fields.

• Junior or senior standing preferred.
