PACCAR’s Kenworth Truck Company in Kirkland, WA is offering a summer internship in Global Sales beginning May or June 2027. You will work on projects that improve customer service for export customers and dealer franchises, including dashboards and new processes.

You will gain hands-on experience, learn from Senior Managers, and develop mentoring relationships in a dynamic Fortune 500 environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with a focus in Business, Marketing, Operations, Data Sciences, or related fields.
• Junior or senior standing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects through meetings, progress tracking, and driving actions across teams.
• Support export customers through spec reviews, orders, and pilot builds.

Requisition Summary

The Global Sales department supports the quote, order, build, aftersales, logistics, and technical processes for Kenworth's export customers. This dynamic team works consistently with all areas of the business to provide customer service, technical expertise, and improved product offerings.

Internships include unique learning opportunities such as:

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project(s) including, but not limited to; new tracking dashboards, after sales process enhancements, and new procedures to improve group and dealer efficiencies to enhance customer service success for our export customers and dealer franchises.
• Manage project(s) through conducting meetings, tracking progress, and driving action through lateral management.
• Support export customers through spec reviews, order processing, and pilot builds.
• Identify and develop cross-functional relationships across the sales organization.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned as needed.

Education
