Job summary

PACCAR's Kenworth Truck Company is seeking a Data Analytics Intern to support data analysis, reporting, and process automation. You will help identify trends, develop dashboards, and automate data processes while gaining hands-on experience with analytics tools.

The role involves collaborating with manufacturing and business teams, handling both structured and unstructured data, and delivering insights to support strategic decisions. Internship starts May or June 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Visualization and Analysis.
• Proficient with SQL and Python; knowledge of R and Snowflake is a plus.
• Experience with PowerBI and Tableau.
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Pursuing or has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Requisition Summary

Kenworth Truck Company is seeking a Data Analytics Intern to support business and manufacturing teams through data analysis, reporting, and process automation. This role will help identify trends, develop data visualizations, automate data processes, and provide insights that drive business decisions while gaining hands-on experience with analytics and business intelligence tools.

Internships are scheduled to begin May or June 2027

Requirements

• Experience in Data Visualization and Analysis
• Knowledge of R, Snowflake, SQL and Python; familiarity withJava or C++ is an asset
• Proficient in using SQL code in development of complex queries
• Experience using PowerBI business intelligence tool and Tableau
• Background in using Low-Code Software for Application development
• Analytical mind and business acumen
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree in progressfocusing on Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.

• Junior or senior standing preferred
