Job summary

Dominium Inc. is seeking a Mountain West Development Intern for Summer 2027 at our Phoenix Regional Office in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time, on-site internship supports market research, financial modeling, and project planning for affordable housing development.

You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and project partners to advance development opportunities. The internship runs June through August 2027 with rolling interviews and a focus on hands-on experience in real estate finance

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication with team members and external partners.
Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Works well independently and in a team, handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Supports analysts, associates, developers, and project partners throughout the development process.
Assists with market and acquisition analysis, financial modeling, financing and tax credit applications, and project planning.
Maintains construction matrices, project schedules, and trackers to monitor milestones.
Reviews documents and supports due diligence and coordination with internal and external partners.
