Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Development Intern for a full-time, on-site internship in Scottsdale, AZ, running January 7, 2027 to May 21, 2027. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis starting September 2026, with interviews beginning in October 2026.

The intern will assist with market analysis, financial modeling, financing and tax credit submissions, and construction administration, gaining exposure to the affordable housing development process and partnering with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Interest in real estate development or finance; affordable housing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Support market and acquisition analysis and financial modeling.
• Assist with financing and tax credit applications and documentation.
• Help prepare project plans, construction administration, and development trackers.
• Review investment documents and due diligence materials under guidance.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support development processes.
