Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Savannah is seeking a Summer 2027 Collegiate Intern for Customer Completion & Delivery. You will shadow the delivery team leader, assist in review of completion packages, and help monitor aircraft build status to ensure Gulfstream quality.

Strong Excel/Word skills and a customer-focused mindset are valued. The role requires full-time student status, a 12–16 week summer duration, onsite work, and GPA of 3.0+ with strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled full-time in a relevant degree program.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail required.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and basic presentations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects.
• Assist in completion package reviews to ensure specs are met.
• Monitor progress of aircraft build and completion process.
• Assist with aircraft inspections and cold soak flights.
• Prepare documentation for delivery such as briefing cards and models.
• Collaborate across departments to research customer requests.
• Support creation of tools for customers delivery teams.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects
• Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards
• Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process
• Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights
• Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions
• Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests
• Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft
• Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems
• Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred
• Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools
• Special projects as needed

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements:

1. Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Completion of sophomore year is required. prior to the internship start date.
3. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
4. Rotation Requirements: Juniors - 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students - 1 rotation.
5. Minimum duration: 12-14 weeks (summer); 14-16 weeks (spring and fall).
6. Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
7. Must have reliable transportation.

This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
