Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah, GA, seeks a Spring 2027 Collegiate Intern for Customer Completion & Delivery. This role supports the outfitting and delivery team on new aircraft projects and helps ensure delivery to Gulfstream quality standards.

Ideal candidates are full-time students pursuing degrees in business-related fields, with strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset. On-site internship with housing benefits and mentorship potential.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Completion of sophomore year is required prior to the internship start date.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume.

Responsibilities

• Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects.
• Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards.
• Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process.
• Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights.
• Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests.
• Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft.
• Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems.
• Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred.
• Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools.
