Job summary
Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah, GA invites motivated students for the Summer 2027 Completions Engineering Collegiate Associate Intern program. You’ll help develop and support the interior furnishings of the aircraft, work on real projects, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Sales and Procurement to deliver the world’s finest aviation experience.
Candidates must be enrolled full-time in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, with a 3.0 GPA

- On-site in Savannah, GA for Summer 2027.
- GPA 3.0 cumulative (unrounded) listed on resume.
Responsibilities
- Assist in completing the engineering package to meet aircraft specs and FAA regs.
- Provide technical assistance and complete tasks on schedule.
- Apply engineering knowledge using company procedures to resolve issues.
- Analyze business processes and develop optimized solutions with teams.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Materials and Procurement.
- Develop knowledge of Gulfstream products and aircraft systems.
- Communicate effectively across multiple organizations.

This position will focus on developing and supporting the interior furnishings of the aircraft.
- Assist in completing the engineering package to meet aircraft specifications, Gulfstream quality standards, and FAA regulations.
- Provide technical assistance to engineering staff and contribute by completing engineering tasks on schedule.
- Using company procedures, apply engineering knowledge to resolve aircraft-related issues.
- Ability to analyze a business process, work with teams' input, and develop an optimized solution.
- Collaborate with various departments to complete engineering tasks.
- Develop knowledge of company products and aircraft systems.
- Communicate effectively across multiple organizations, including Operations, Engineering, Sales, Material, and Procurement.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following disciplines:
- Aerospace Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Must be available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during the Summer 2027 semester, beginning in May 2027.
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.

- Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.

- Minimum duration: 12-14 weeks (summer); 14-16 weeks (spring and fall).
- Must work onsite; this is not a remote position.
- Must have reliable transportation.
