Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation invites students to join its Summer 2027 Collegiate Associate Internship in Savannah, GA. Interns participate in real-world projects across Engineering, Innovation and Flight, aligning classroom learning with state-of-the-art aerospace challenges.

You will work with teams, tour manufacturing facilities, and interact with company leaders, gaining hands-on experience and professional connections in a dynamic, world-class environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to engineering staff.
• Support prototype and test activities during Gulfstream product lifecycle.
• Generate and analyze technical test data.
• Interface with Production Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing and Procurement.
• Develop knowledge of application of technical principles in assigned field.

About the position

Gulfstream engineering interns in Innovation, Engineering and Flight are an integral part of the engineering staff, contributing to projects that are both technically challenging and educationally stimulating.

We are looking for all levels of educational experience —from undergraduates to master's and PhD students—who are seeking professional experience in a state-of-the-art engineering environment. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to engineering staff and contribute by completing discrete engineering tasks on schedule.
• Using company procedures, apply engineering knowledge to resolveaircraft relatedissues.
• Support component and full-scale aircraft prototype and test activities during the lifecycle of Gulfstream products.
• Generate and analyze miscellaneous technical test data.
• Interface with various internal organizations such as Production Engineering, Completions Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Product Support and Procurement as well as external suppliers.
• Develop knowledge of application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in assigned field of expertise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Other Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following disciplines:

Must be available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during the Summer 2027 semester, beginning in May 2027.
