Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in St. Louis seeks a Spring 2027 Collegiate Associate to assist Customer Completion and Delivery teams on daily tasks, helping elevate the customer experience and learn through hands-on projects.

As an enrolled full‑time student, you will shadow leaders, participate in cross‑functional processes, and develop a foundation in aircraft completion, documentation, and Excel/PowerPoint usage; onsite, with mentorship and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher listed on resume.
• On-site internship; 12–14 week summer or 14–16 week spring/fall commitment.

Responsibilities

• Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects.
• Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft meets Gulfstream quality standards.
• Monitor progress of aircraft build and completion process.
• Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights.
• Prepare documentation prior to delivery, including Passenger Briefing Cards and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with departments to research customer requests.
• Help develop Completion Package used for engineering and delivery.
• Develop knowledge of product line and aircraft systems.
• Utilize Excel, Word and presentations; support tool development for teams.

About the position

Assist Customer Completion Executives and Customer Delivery Managers on daily tasks. Work on processes to elevate the customer experience.

Preferred Skills

Microsoft suite of products. Communication Skills, organization and planning skills.

Projects

Assist with completion flights, assist with deliveries to include delivery ceremonies. Work on several Microsoft Teams Projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects
• Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards
• Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process
• Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights
• Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions
• Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests
• Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft
• Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems
• Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred
• Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools
• Special projects as needed

• Seeking a degree in international business, business administration, aeonautical engineering, business management or relative area.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Assist Customer Completion and Delivery team members in day to day tasks. Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application, actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Complete their freshman year by the time the internship starts.
3. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
4. Minimum 12-14 week requirement (summer); 14-16 week requirement (spring and fall).
5. Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
6. Must have reliable transportation.

This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
