Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in St. Louis offers a Spring 2027 Cust Completion - Collegiate Associate internship. You will assist Customer Completion Executives and Delivery Managers with daily tasks while helping improve the customer experience on aviation projects.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Cumulative GPA requirements as specified in the application materials.
• Minimum 12–14 weeks (summer) or 14–16 weeks (spring/fall); onsite only.

Responsibilities

• Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects.
• Assist in completion package reviews to ensure Gulfstream quality standards.
• Monitor progress of aircraft build and completion process.
• Assist with aircraft inspections and related tasks.
• Prepare documentation prior to delivery (e.g., Passenger Briefing Cards, models, subscriptions).
• Collaborate with departments to research customer requests.
• Support development of Customer Delivery tools and associated processes.
• Handle computer tasks using Excel, Word, and presentations.

About the position

Assist Customer Completion Executives and Customer Delivery Managers on daily tasks. Work on processes to elevate the customer experience.

Preferred Skills

Microsoft suite of products. Communication Skills, organization and planning skills.

Projects

Assist with completion flights, assist with deliveries to include delivery ceremonies. Work on several Microsoft Teams Projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects
• Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards
• Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process
• Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights
• Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions
• Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests
• Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft
• Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems
• Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred
• Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools
• Special projects as needed

5. Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
6. Must have reliable transportation.
