Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university (Bachelor's or Master's program)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25
• Available for full 10-week program (June 2 - August 6, 2027)
• Must reside near or be able to reliably commute to Hartford, CT. This is an in-person internship
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship (CPT/OPT not supported)

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience supporting actuarial modeling, financial reporting, and strategic analysis
• Contribute to actuarial model enhancements and internal reporting tools
• Assist with tasks related to data validation, assumption setting, and trend analysis
• Deliver both individual and group projects and learn tools, systems, and workflows used across the company
