Empower Retirement invites you to a 10-week Summer Internship in Corporate Actuarial in Greenwood Village, CO. This full-time program offers hands-on actuarial modeling, financial reporting, and strategic analysis as you work on meaningful projects.

You will be paired with a manager and mentor, present your findings to business leaders, and gain exposure to senior teams while building your skills for a career in actuarial science.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Minimum GPA of 3.25
• Available for full 10-week program (June 2 - August 6, 2027)
• Must reside near or be able to commute to Greenwood Village, CO (in-person)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (CPT/OPT not supported)

Responsibilities

• Support actuarial modeling, financial reporting, and strategic analysis
• Contribute to actuarial model enhancements and internal reporting tools
• Assist with data validation, assumption setting, and trend analysis
• Support valuation, forecasting, or regulatory deliverables
• Deliver individual and group projects and gain exposure to tools and workflows across the company
