Compensation: $26.50 - $30.50 per hour (based on academic level and number of Society of Actuaries exams passed)

As a Corporate Actuarial Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting actuarial modeling, financial reporting, and strategic analysis.
You will explore how your coursework applies to real business decisions, deliver both an individual and group project, and become familiar with the tools, systems, and workflows used across the company. Additionally, throughout the internship, you will develop professional and technical skills in a collaborative environment designed to prepare you for a career in actuarial science. Intern team placements and project scopes are determined in the months leading up to the internship, with your exact assignment shared in the spring. In your role you will gain exposure to key actuarial functions and will work on high‑impact initiatives alongside experienced actuaries. You are expected to produce meaningful contributions and results, with ongoing support, guidance, and feedback from your team.

Core Competencies:
At least 2 years of academic progress toward a bachelor’s degree. Expected to graduate and be available for full‑time employment by mid‑2028. Preferred majors: Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, other relevant math‑focused majors. Passage of one or more Society of Actuaries exams preferred. Knowledge of SQL or programming languages (Python, VBA, etc.) preferred. Knowledge of finance or actuarial fields preferred.

For remote and hybrid positions you will be required to provide reliable high‑speed internet with a wired connection as well as a place in your home to work with limited disruption. You must have reliable connectivity from an internet service provider that is fiber, cable or DSL internet. Other necessary computer equipment will be provided. You may be required to work in the office if you do not have an adequate home work environment and the required internet connection.
Base Salary Range $50,300.00 - $69,125.00
