Suites Floor Supervisor
The Suites Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the staff and operations of an assigned area. Ensuring all guest relation concerns are handled appropriately. Promote consistent improvement to the game day experience for all guests.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Oversee event day operations within an assigned area, acting as a point of contact for suite holders on event/game day.
  2. Coach and supervise suite attendants and runners for assigned sections; observe and document job performance.
  3. Attend pre-shift meeting with Suite Manager, ensuring all paperwork in binder is in order and organized.
  4. Conduct pre-shift meeting with assigned team, reviewing pertinent event day information and ensuring all staff is present and following all Uniform and Grooming Guidelines.
  5. Ensure suite attendants and food runners properly prepare suites for guests; conduct walk-through to check food presentation and enforce all policies and standards.
  6. Have a working knowledge of menu items, including presentation, plate ware, condiments, and service ware.
  7. Analyze and resolve all problems with staff, guests, and the operation with management assistance.
  8. Be knowledgeable of roles and responsibilities of all Suites’ positions.
  9. Prior to gates, ensure all suites meet Legends standards.
  10. Be available to staff and suite holders, ensuring issues are handled promptly.
  11. Adhere to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines and ensure staff compliance.
  12. Perform opening and closing procedures for the assigned area.
  13. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  2. Demonstrated leadership and training skills; ability to teach others and delegate tasks.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with staff and prepare reports.
  4. Excellent guest service skills.
  5. Ability to relate to all levels within the organization; build positive relationships.
  6. Respond quickly and effectively to changing circumstances; embrace change and learn from mistakes.
  7. Maintain high standards of food service and guest satisfaction.
  8. Ability to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
  9. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  10. At least one year of experience in a food & beverage leadership role.
  11. Availability for extended hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  12. Availability for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers Games and major stadium events.
  13. Sufficient mobility to perform tasks including reaching, bending, and walking for long periods.
  14. Ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25 lbs.
  15. Ability to stand and walk for long periods, navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
  16. Follow all safety policies and complete safety training.
