The Bar Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operations of the LOFT Sky Bar, ensuring an excellent guest and member experience while meeting departmental targets.

What will I be doing?

• Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• Ensure compliance with brand standards
• Manage guest queries promptly and efficiently
• Represent the needs of the team
• Assist management in achieving financial targets
• Support training and development of team members
• Participate in appraisals
• Follow hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
• Be environmentally conscious
• Support other departments as needed and maintain good relationships

• Mixology/Bar experience
