Job summary

Compass Group USA's Levy brand seeks a dedicated role at stadium venues in Austin, TX. You will supervise premium suite operations before, during, and after events, leading suite attendants and hospitality staff to ensure all orders and catering requests are delivered accurately and on time.

You will monitor service quality, address guest concerns, and ensure compliance with food safety and company standards while coordinating with culinary, warehouse, and premium operations teams to guarantee

Responsibilities

• Supervise premium suite operations before, during, and after events.
• Lead and support suite attendants, runners, and hospitality staff.
• Ensure all suite orders, amenities, and catering requests are delivered accurately and on time.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction throughout events.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company standards.
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate with culinary, warehouse, and premium operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, and operational reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional suite environment.
