Legends Global in Saginaw, MI, is seeking a guest-focused food and beverage team member to deliver high-level service during events and dinners on-site.

You will handle setup, service, cash handling, safety compliance, and collaborate with teammates to ensure memorable experiences.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Serves food to guest with high level of customer service.
• Must understand and practice the concept of teamwork.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas.
• Must strive to provide guest with a memorable experience and exceed their expectations by anticipating their needs.
• Assist with collecting all banquet equipment to include flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces needed for each event.
• Assist with preparation and set-up of event room when necessary.
• Prepare tables with place settings as instructed.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times
• Ensure health codes are followed
• Prepares food and beverage for customer
• Follow all rules and regulations for serving alcohol.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Daily lifting up to 20 lbs., constant reaching, stooping, standing and walking. Must be able to balance serving trays and have good manual dexterity.
• Required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events; talk and hear.
• This position requires work inside and outside of the building, parking lots included and some exposure to adverse conditions.
• Performing work through repetitive eye/hand coordination.

Must be able to work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holiday's as needed. All Food & Beverage scheduling is dependent on The Dow Event Center and Huntington Event Park events calendar. Must be able to pass a background check to include a credit history report and meet corporate minimum requirements
