Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates is seeking a catering supervisor to oversee setup, service and cleanup for events at our venues in Foxborough. You will direct banquet servers and bartenders, deliver exceptional guest service, and ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating service across buffet, station and plated meals, meeting service standards, and handling equipment and break-down after events.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high paced environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and within department guidelines, immediately resolve deficiencies.
• Ability to work as a team leader in a diverse environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends and holidays may be required.
• Ability to fully commit to all home football games and other full stadium events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first class customer service to all guests at catered events ensuring all special requests and needs are communicated to management.

• Complete tasks in a variety of environments as assigned by management to include in-door and out-door catering through the property.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
