Job summary

The Bank of Oklahoma Center in downtown Tulsa, operated by Oak View Group, is seeking a Suite Attendant to serve guests in the Suites. The role requires a personable, flexible individual who can work events on a part-time basis and maintain attendance.

Hourly pay ranges from $9.75 to $11.00 with 401(k) options. Responsibilities include setting up suite food service, aligning with orders, supervising beverage service, and assisting in closing out event financials while upholding safety standards

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in food & beverage or customer service.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Capable of maintaining a positive, cooperative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain food service areas in suites and club areas per pre-orders.
• Ensure suites are prepared before events and orders are communicated.
• Assist in event setup and close out financials per event, ensuring correct billing.
