Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Suite Attendant to provide food and beverage service in premium suites at Grand Prairie Theatre. You will prepare suites before events, serve guests, and assist with suite upkeep to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, restaurant, banquet, catering, or event environments is preferred.
• Serving or premium hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide guest service and communicate with guests and team members.
• Works well in fast-paced, event-based environments.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Food Handler and TABC certification may be required.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods during events.

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned suites before events with food, beverages, plates, utensils, napkins, condiments, and supplies.
• Review and prepare pre-event food and beverage orders.
• Greet suite guests and provide service throughout the event.
• Take additional food and beverage orders as needed.
• Replenish food, beverages, ice, utensils, condiments, and supplies during events.
• Monitor suites and respond to guest questions, requests, or concerns.
• Serve alcoholic beverages per policy and laws, verifying IDs as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of suites and service areas.
• Clear dishes, glassware, trash, and other items as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Complete opening and closing duties, cleaning and resetting suites after events.
• Communicate with supervisors, kitchen staff, bartenders, and teammates to meet guest needs.
• Process guest orders or payments via POS when required.
• Assist with other food and beverage duties as assigned.
