Responsibilities

• General cleaning and upkeep of concession stand.
• Maintain accurate cash and inventory records.
• Perform location worker assignments as needed.
• Ensure safe, sanitary work area for staff.
• Plan daily sales flow based on projections and peak hours.
• Communicate change requirements to Concession Lead.
• Maintain cash handling procedures at all times.
• Follow Food and Beverage rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
