Job Summary

This seasonal, event-based role runs from April to September.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders efficiently following service standards.
• Deliver food promptly, maintain safety and sanitation, and assist guests as needed.
• Understand menu items, ingredients, and accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff, remaining flexible and patient.
• Handle tickets and cash transactions properly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and confidentiality.
• Address guest complaints promptly and relay issues to supervisors.
• Prepare the dining area before and after service, adhering to sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment like fire extinguishers, telephones, and coffee machines.
• Collaborate with other departments during events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
