Position Details

Title: SUITE ATTENDANT (Seasonal) at South Bend Cubs

Pay Range: $8.50

Job Summary

This position is a seasonal, event-based role from April to September. The main responsibility is to take food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently to guests.

Essential Duties

1. Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders following established service steps.
2. Deliver food promptly, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and assist guests with additional needs.
3. Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests on food and drink pairings; accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.
4. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special requests.
5. Communicate effectively with guests and staff, remaining flexible and patient.
6. Handle tickets and cash transactions properly.
7. Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests.
8. Respect confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
9. Address guest complaints promptly and report to supervisors.
10. Set up and clean the dining area before and after service, meeting sanitation standards.
11. Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines.
12. Collaborate with other departments during special events.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.
