Job Description

Suite Attendants are responsible for taking guest orders and serving food and beverage according to guest requests. Suite Attendants provide a premium guest service experience by addressing and/or resolving any concerns or special requests made by the guests in the suite(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensures suites are stocked with proper food, beverage, and product before and during events based on Aramark standards and suite holders’ orders.
2. Maintains appearance and cleanliness of suite and food service areas during event.
3. Replenishes food and beverage product during event upon guests’ requests.
4. Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking guests’ identification.
5. Maintains knowledge of menu items and all other offerings.
6. Breaks down and cleans food service areas and equipment post event.
7. Returns equipment to proper storage area.
8. Inventories product at the end of each event.
9. Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
10. Ensures security of company assets.

Qualifications

1. Requires previous experience as a server, suite attendant, or other related role.
2. Demonstrates excellent guest service skills.
3. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
4. Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
5. Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
6. Must be able to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications.
7. Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers.
8. Adaptable to guest needs.
9. Demonstrate an elevated level of guest service, anticipating guests’ needs.
10. Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and holidays.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
