Job summary

ChangeLine in Colorado Springs is seeking a Suicide Prevention Transformation Manager to guide community-wide efforts from strategy to action onsite. You’ll coordinate diverse stakeholders—government, public health, community groups—and lead initiatives that transform how systems prevent suicides.

You’ll mobilize pilots, leverage data and stories, and support partners to sustain change with equity and trauma-informed care at the core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in public health, social work, community development, or related field.
• 5+ years in community engagement, public health, suicide prevention, behavioral health, advocacy, systems change, or related field.
• Experience leading complex multi-partner projects.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience bringing people together to implement community-centered solutions.
• Experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Familiarity with equity frameworks and policy advocacy.

• Lead strategic projects from idea to implementation.

• Develop pilots, new approaches, and collaborative initiatives.
• Use data and feedback to measure impact and adjust strategies.
• Support partners’ leadership, advocacy, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Translate data and experiences into stories for partners, funders, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaborative conversations to align stakeholders and move ideas to action.
