Job summary

IT’SUGAR in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a lively Retail Keyholder to deliver a SWEET customer experience and keep the store running smoothly. You’ll greet guests, assist with requests, handle POS transactions, and uphold visual standards on the sales floor.

As a Keyholder, you’ll help open or close, support events and promotions, and promote our SUGARTAINMENT culture. Prior retail experience preferred, 18+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling a POS/cash register is a plus.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow our customer engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT.
• Ensure sales floor is clean and organized while maintaining store visual standards.
• Operate POS/register to cash out customers.
