Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is hiring BarBacks for the upcoming ski season at Widowmaker and Bullwinkle's locations. This entry-level, minimum-wage role provides hands-on bartending exposure and training with our professional team. Part-time and full-time openings begin around opening day as locations come online.

The BarBack supports bartenders in a fast-paced environment, ensuring drink service and bar cleanliness, with shifts mornings on the hill.

Qualifications

• Willing to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in fast-paced customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily preparation of items used in drinks.

• Keeping stock on all items including beer, liquor, wine, and supplies.

Overview

Sugarloaf is currently looking for BarBacks to join our team for the upcoming ski season at our Widowmaker and Bullwinkle's locations. As a BarBack you are responsible for providing support to the bartending staff in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely service of drinks and the cleanliness of resort bars.

This minimum wage role is a great position for applicants who are interested in bartending but would first like to get first-hand experience and extra training time with our professional bartending team.

We currently have part time and full-time openings that are expected to start on or shortly after our opening day as locations come online for the season.

This role comes with great job perks and would be an excellent fit for someone that enjoys getting out on the hill first thing in the morning before starting their shift.

Responsibilities
