Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Process Supervisor to oversee the full refining process of cane sugar, ensuring quality and efficiency while managing energy, water, air, and power use. The role directs teams to meet safety, regulatory, and production goals in a unionized setting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in chemical/food processing supervision, experience with continuous improvement initiatives, and strong leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a chemical processing, pharmaceutical or food manufacturing plant as a process/production supervisor or related experience is desired
• Previous experience supervising union personnel is preferred
• Experience with and demonstrated success in leading operational excellence/continuous improvement efforts is also preferred

• Maintains standard production rates while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards
• Leads assigned teams in the continuous improvement process
