Job summary

The-Durban-Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Prep Cook to prepare and execute menu items to recipe standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will set up and stock your workstation, maintain cleanliness, and communicate with the kitchen to ensure timely service. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Experience in high-volume restaurants and knowledge of food safety are preferred; physical stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs is essential.

Qualifications
