Qualifications include 3+ years of supervisory experience, CMMS proficiency, TPM and regulatory knowledge, and the ability to support a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with TPM, preventive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Support a 24/7 manufacturing operation, including rotating shift schedules.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; Power BI experience preferred.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and delegation to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for Maintenance Mechanics and Instrument Technicians, ensuring accurate work orders, labor, and parts tracking in the CMMS.
• Develop and oversee maintenance schedules to support timely repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Minimize equipment downtime by addressing maintenance priorities and reliability issues.
• Partner with Operations, Production, and Facilities teams to prioritize maintenance activities and support plant performance.
• Communicate maintenance updates, timelines, and impacts while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
• Establish team goals, priorities, and performance expectations for safe, efficient operations.
• Ensure quality execution of maintenance work and timely response to unplanned issues.
• Train, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel with a culture of safety and accountability.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and analyze equipment issues for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering on capital projects, equipment upgrades, and replacements.
• Prepare maintenance reports and metrics to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with Production, Quality, Safety, and Engineering.
