Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Suffolk, VA area on a 3rd shift (12-hour) schedule. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing TPM and PM programs, and driving safe, reliable plant operations with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in industrial settings, strong CMMS skills, and the ability to lead a team through complex maintenance tasks and capital projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with TPM, preventive maintenance, and reliability programs.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems and managing maintenance work orders.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for maintenance staff and technicians.
• Develop and oversee maintenance schedules and preventive tasks.
• Minimize downtime by addressing priorities and reliability issues.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to support plant performance.
• Communicate updates and timelines to stakeholders; support continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop maintenance personnel; promote safety and accountability.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and analyze equipment issues.
• Prepare maintenance reports and performance metrics.
