Job summary

Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 3rd shift team of maintenance mechanics and instrument technicians. You will manage work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and drive safe, reliable plant operations.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, proactive planning, and collaboration with Operations, Production, Quality, Safety, and Engineering to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems, including creating, managing, and closing maintenance work orders.
• Experience with TPM, preventive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and automation systems, including PLCs and HMIs.
• Understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation, including rotating shift schedules.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, mentor, and develop teams.
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive results through effective communication and delegation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and support hands-on troubleshooting when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
