Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. is seeking a Survey SUE Technician II to join our Melbourne, FL team. The role involves outdoor fieldwork using electromagnetic equipment and ground penetrating radar to locate utilities, operate vacuum trucks, and document data with sketches and reports.

The position requires travel, a valid driver's license, and 3+ years of related SUE experience. You will train to operate company equipment and support safety standards while contributing to project success.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED strongly preferred; commensurate relevant experience considered.
Three or more (3+) years as SUE Technician I or related experience.
Ability/willingness to travel for work assignments, including occasional overnight travel.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

Leadership and direction: perform work under moderate supervision and review junior staff work for quality assurance.
Locate underground utilities using nondestructive methods and operate field equipment.
Record and document field data accurately and prepare daily paperwork.
Train to operate and maintain company equipment and meet safety standards.
