Job summary

Cascade Community Healthcare seeks a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) to deliver outpatient services at our Lewis County facilities in Washington. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments and facilitate groups, helping to form meaningful care plans with the team.

The role requires WA DoH credential, at least one year of relevant experience, and strong communication with meticulous records. Some travel between Cascade sites may be necessary; day shifts are available.

Qualifications

• SUDP or SUDPT credential with Washington State DoH.
• Minimum one year of continuous experience as a Substance Use Professional in WA-approved facility.
• Ability to pass WA state background checks; may require national check.
• Excellent oral and written communication; meticulous records.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient groups according to curriculum.
• Collaborate with client and colleagues to develop the plan of care.
• Demonstrate client education skills.
• Contribute to smooth functioning of the agency.
• Direct clinical contact with a diverse population.
• Meet direct service productivity requirements.
• Provide on-call phone rotation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
