Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Substance Use Disorder Therapist for our Camp Hill, PA location. Join an inter-disciplinary team focused on compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders.

Responsibilities include group facilitation in IOP/OP levels, treatment planning, case management, documentation, and on-call coverage as needed. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Develops a collaborative, individualized treatment alliance with patients.
• Facilitates addiction treatment groups in IOP/OP levels.
• Prepares and presents addiction/recovery education to patients.
• Engages in case management including assessments and discharge planning.
• Promotes the organization’s image professionally.
• Provides direct care up to 55% of weekly hours.
• Coordinates care with referral sources and other providers.
• Maintains timely documentation meeting state and CARF standards.
• Demonstrates commitment to patient care through outcomes.
• Obtains supervisor signatures for documents when needed.
• Provides evaluations for SUD using DSM-V and ASAM criteria.
• Carries on-call phone for one week several times a year.
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed care.
• Acts as a teacher, promoting recovery education.
