Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health in Towson, MD is seeking an experienced SUD IOP Evening Therapist to join our outpatient treatment team. You will provide patient-centered care, facilitate groups in IOP and OP levels, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in the SUD field, EMR experience, and knowledge of recovery modalities. This role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the SUD field.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Knowledge of recovery modalities (SMART Recovery, 12-Step, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develops a treatment alliance with patients and individualized care.
• Facilitates addiction treatment groups in IOP/OP.
• Performs assessments and treatment planning with referrals.
• Maintains timely documentation per CARF/state standards.
• Carries on-call responsibilities periodically.
