Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health in Camp Hill, PA is seeking an experienced Substance Use Disorder Therapist to join our team. The role focuses on treatment alliances, group therapy, and coordinating care within IOP and OP levels, with a schedule Monday to Friday 12:30p–8:30p.

Pay is $34–$44 per hour, depending on experience and licensure, and we offer full benefits, 401K, PTO, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the SUD field; group treatment preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Knowledgeable in recovery modalities (SMART Recovery, 12-Step, Harm Reduction).
• Strong clinical, verbal, and writing skills; able to engage patients.

Responsibilities

• Develops a treatment alliance with patients that is mutual and collaborative.
• Facilitates addiction treatment groups in IOP and OP levels of care.
• Prepares and presents addiction/recovery education to patients.
• Engages in case management, assessments, and discharge planning.
• Maintains timely, well-written documentation meeting state standards.
• Carries on-call phone several weeks per year to support crises.
• Provides evaluations for substance use disorders using DSM-V and ASAM criteria.
