A healthcare provider in Keene, NH is seeking a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor to support clients in recovery. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating counseling sessions. Candidates must have relevant licenses and experience, particularly with evidence-based practices in substance use treatment. Qualificações

• Must be licensed to practice in the state where services are provided.
• Current or previous CRSW certification and Recovery Coach training preferred.
• Must hold and maintain all required licenses and certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct focused assessments to identify substance use issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group sessions focused on SUD recovery.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources.

Conhecimentos

Licensed to practice in state

Experience utilizing ASAM criteria

Knowledge of evidence-based practices

Experience in case management

Experience in individual and group counseling

Associate's degree in chemical dependency or relevant field

Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
