Anew Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a licensed SUD Counselor (LADC) for NH with supervision experience and strong case management skills. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating referrals across clinical teams, with emphasis on evidence-based approaches and client-centered care.

Responsibilities include individual and group sessions, psychoeducation, and collaboration with healthcare providers.

Formación

• Must be licensed to practice in NH; NPI and Medicaid provider number preferred or required to start.
• Associate’s degree in chemical dependency required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct focused assessments to identify substance use issues and coordinate referrals.
• Serve as primary SUD case manager for assigned clients.
• Develop and implement individualized SUD treatment plans.
• Lead individual and group sessions focusing on SUD recovery using evidence-based curriculum.
• Provide psychoeducation on substance use disorders and relapse prevention.
