Job summary

Anew Behavioral Health, LLC seeks a SUD Counselor in Keene, NH to support clients facing substance use disorders through assessments, treatment planning, and counseling. The role collaborates with healthcare teams and families to promote recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities include conducting focused assessments, developing individualized plans, delivering individual and group sessions, and ensuring documentation complies with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of ASAM criteria and evidence-based practices in SUD treatment.
• Experience in case management and delivery of individual and group SUD counseling is preferred.
• NPI and Medicaid Provider Number preferred/required to start work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct focused assessments to identify substance use issues and refer for co-occurring conditions as indicated.
• Serve as the primary SUD case manager and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based curricula and document progress as required.
