SHYS HEALTH, located in Salisbury, NC, seeks a LCAS/CCS SUD Program Manager to join the new management team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

The role focuses on supervising substance use clinical services, coordinating intake, and partnering with medical staff to ensure appropriate care protocols. Strong leadership and clinical supervision skills are essential.

Formación

• Master Degree in Human Service Field is required (2+ years post-grad experience with License).
• Licensed with one year of experience with target population is required.
• No violent criminal record or substantiated findings on NC Health Care Personnel Registry.

Responsabilidades

• Manage operations of all substance use clinical services/groups for the assigned location.
• Facilitate intake process for all substance use clinical services/groups at the location.
• Provide supervision to all substance use counselors/direct care staff at location/groups.
• Collaborate with medical practitioners to design treatment protocols and ensure appropriate level of care.
• Implement best and emerging practice protocols and review service quality.
