Job summary

League Education and Treatment Center is seeking an Assistant Director/Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to lead an integrated outpatient substance use treatment and counseling program for youth and families. Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work required and LCSW in NYS.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or SUD.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in OASAS-licensed settings strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision per OASAS/NYS scope for counselors, peers, and interns.
• Oversee daily operations of the outpatient SUD program and staffing.
• Coordinate scheduling including evenings, weekends, and on-call.
• Integrate SUD and MHOTRS services under one roof with the clinic director.
• Promote integrated, concurrent treatment for co-occurring disorders.
• Collaborate with medical/psychiatric providers for MAT and interventions.
• Ensure compliance with OASAS Part 822 and OMH/federal requirements.
• Perform clinical services as needed and participate in audits/reviews.
• Provide supervision to clinicians, counselors, peers, and interns.
