Job summary

Coos Health & Wellness seeks a qualified mental health professional to supervise substance use disorder services, develop programs, and oversee operations within the agency. The role may include direct SUD assessment and treatment responsibilities.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the clinical management team, coordinate with system partners, and supervise staff in the Behavioral Health unit when the director is unavailable.

Qualifications

• QMHP Certification required for this supervisory role.
• CADC II certification required or obtainable within 6 months of hire.
• Strong preference for Mental Health degree or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and program development for SUD services.
• Offer operational oversight and coordinate with clinical management.
• Conduct some direct SUD assessments and treatment as needed.
