Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 seeks a SUD Supervisor I to lead a clinical team providing integrated addiction treatment at the Orange County campus. You will supervise counselors, coordinate case conferences, and ensure trauma-informed, culturally competent care aligned with policy and regulations.

You’ll manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations, oversee client cases, document timely progress notes, and respond to crises to support high-quality care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor in California (CCAPP, CAADE, CADTP).
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid California Driver’s License and access to transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide direct service staff (SUD Counselors, Client Safety Navigators).
• Oversee scheduling, interviews, and terminations; ensure policy compliance.
• Provide crisis intervention, assessments, counseling, and case conferences as assigned.
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory and contract compliance.
• Lead program meetings and coordination with outside agencies.
