Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and Concerted Care Group (CCG) seeks an experienced SUD Day IOP Therapist for our Washington, DC location. The role focuses on building strong therapeutic alliances, facilitating groups, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the SUD field.
• Experience with DSM‑V and ASAM criteria for evaluations.
• Knowledge of recovery modalities (SMART, 12‑step, etc.).
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Develops a collaborative treatment alliance with patients and individualizes care.
• Facilitates addiction treatment groups in IOP and OP levels of care.
• Prepares and presents addiction/recovery education to patients.
• Contains case management tasks including assessments and discharge planning.
• Maintains timely written documentation meeting CARF/state standards.
• Carries the on‑call phone during crises as needed.
