Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced SUD Evening IOP Therapist for our Washington, DC location. The role focuses on patient-centered addiction treatment, counseling, and education within an inter-disciplinary team.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in SUD, licensure or eligibility (LGPC/LMSW/LCPC/LCSW), and comfort with EMR systems. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM–8:30 PM. Competitive benefits are offered.

• Motivational Interviewing and CBT experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a treatment alliance with patients and tailor plans to evolving needs.
• Facilitate addiction treatment groups in IOP and OP levels of care.
• Prepare and present addiction/recovery education materials.
• Conduct case management and coordinate with referral sources.
• Maintain timely, high-quality written documentation to CARF standards.
• Respond to crises and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
