Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health experience, preferably with IOP/outpatient.
• Licenses LMSW, LCSW, or LPC in DC and Virginia.
• Experience with DSM-5 diagnoses and mental health disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic screenings using DSM-5 and ASAM criteria.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the inter disciplinary team.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions.
• Deliver interventions in motivational interviewing, CBT, trauma-informed care, and related modalities.
• Coordinate care with referral sources and external providers, including case management.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation meeting CARF standards.
